These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MTG Tracker App, operated by Sans Legume LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using MTG Tracker App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The short version: Use the app to track your Magic: The Gathering games. Don't abuse it, don't try to break it, and don't do anything illegal with it. We are not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast. If you break the rules, we can remove your account. If the app breaks, we are sorry — but our liability is limited.
To use most features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or have been inactive for an extended period.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — tracking Magic: The Gathering matches and related activities. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
The App allows you to submit content including match notes, deck names, usernames, and other information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any User Content you submit.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
You represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, at our sole discretion, is otherwise inappropriate.
The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Sans Legume LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our App without our express written permission.
MTG Tracker App is an independent, unofficial application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast LLC or Hasbro, Inc. Magic: The Gathering, Commander, and all related names, card names, and game terminology are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
Card data displayed in the App is sourced from the Scryfall API under their terms of use. We do not claim ownership of any Magic: The Gathering card names, artwork, or game content.
The App uses third-party services including Firebase (Google), Scryfall, and others as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of these third-party services. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
The free version of the App displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements. We do not control the content of advertisements served by AdMob. For information about how Google uses data in connection with advertising, please visit policies.google.com/privacy.
Premium users (when available) may use an ad-free version of the App as described in the premium tier terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SANS LEGUME LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App's settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
If you are located outside the United States, you agree that your use of the App is subject to United States law and that any disputes will be resolved in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also notify you through the App or by email.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
